Scope of Services. Through this Site, AJ Plus Construction markets and arranges Basement Finishing, Bathroom Remodeling, Home Additions, Kitchen Remodeling, Residential Construction. All work is performed under separate written agreement.

User Conduct. You are responsible for any information you submit and for maintaining the confidentiality of any account access. You agree to use the Site lawfully.

Forbidden Use. Do not (i) break any law via the Site; (ii) interfere with operations; (iii) scrape or copy content; (iv) transmit harmful code; or (v) misrepresent yourself.

IP Rights. All material on this Site is owned by AJ Plus Construction or its content suppliers. Use of any content without prior written authorization is prohibited.

Payment Terms. Pricing is communicated in writing prior to engagement. Refund eligibility, if any, is set in your service agreement.

Termination. AJ Plus Construction may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or for any other reason.

Warranty Disclaimer. AJ Plus Construction makes no representations or warranties about the Site or its content. Your use of the Site is solely at your own risk.

Liability Cap. Where permitted by law, AJ Plus Construction's total liability for any claim related to the Site is capped at amounts paid by you in the prior twelve (12) months.

Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AJ Plus Construction from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of OH, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in OH.

Term Changes. AJ Plus Construction may modify these Terms at any time. Updates take effect upon posting on this Site, and continued use is deemed acceptance.
